Through PIQ Solutions, the HR strategy, people analytics, and AI transformation consultancy I founded in 2023, I translate enterprise-scale transformation into practical, executable outcomes — organization design, people-analytics strategy, AI-enabled transformation, HRIS architecture, and leadership selection.
I also advise startups on market and product strategy, bringing the same data discipline to positioning, go-to-market, and product decisions. My aim is to leave teams with reusable frameworks and diagnostics, not dependence on a single practitioner.
